Commonly found in mollusks, oysters and mussels. This piece carries the symbolism of taking something irritating and creating something beautiful and sturdy to armor yourself as protection against the world.

This piece is handwoven in clear coat enameled genuine copper. The clear coat of enamel protects the copper from patina and damage. Natural patina over time may occur, any copper safe polish will restore its beautiful shine. Do not expose to water over long periods of time; this will speed up the patina process.
